“We had our complete HVAC system replaced last week. Kandis came out on Saturday to get us all set up. We got our appointment 10 days later. The guys were scheduled to come between 8-10am, they arrived right around 8am. It was 107deg day, great timing on our part. When I got home from work Ben, D and Eddie were still there finishing up. They got both the indoor and outdoor units installed and hooked everything up to our old duct work for the night so we weren’t having to stay in a 95deg house. They stayed until almost 8pm getting everything up and running. My son, myself and our three dogs were so appreciative of their concern for us. Eddie and Ben came back the next day, 15 minutes prior to their scheduled arrival time and got everything all hooked up and going by 7pm. All the guys were very nice, professional and very personable. I would recommend their service to anyone and everyone. Thank you Epic Energy for such a great experience, even in the 100+ degree heat. Summary of Install
Epic was entrusted with the responsibility to replace the Joseph and Leyette’s HVAC system as quick as we could during one of the hottest months of the year. The crew arrived early in the day to get a head start, and worked through the heat, installing the system inside and out for the family. The crew’s goal was to make sure the household had A/C by nightfall–and they did it.
A few days later, Epic installed a Quiet Cool Whole House Fan that would protect their home from the fluctuating heat temperatures. The job was quick, easy, and enjoyable, even in the blistering heat.
The final inspection was set for September 28, and just like with the installation process, there were no problems.
