Summary of Install
Norma came to Epic to replace her old, rot-infested roof entirely with one of Epic’s longer-lasting and energy-efficient COOL roofs. We were able to talk through the process with her. After much discussion, dates were set to completely tear off her roof and begin anew.
Norma’s roof needed 2400 square feet of COOL shingles as a replacement to her roof which was overrun with dry rot. Because of the dry rot, new flashing, gutters, and fascia boards were included in the installation to ensure that Norma’s forever home was protected from the elements better than it had been before.
